The Titan Soft Tri-Fold gives you the weather protection of a soft cover with more control over how much bed you open. Three hinged panels, vinyl stretched over an aluminium frame, fold forward in sections: flip one panel for quick tailgate access, two for a longer load, or fold the stack against the cab to clear the bed almost completely.

Because the panels hold their own shape, the cover sits flatter and quieter at highway speed than a rolled cover, and there is no roll to store at the bulkhead. Folded forward, the stack takes up about a foot of bed length — which is why customers hauling long items often prefer this style over a roll-up.

Sizing & fitment

Ordered by bed length. Measure inside the bulkhead to the inside of the closed tailgate and match the number shown on this page, for example 5'7" Bed (67.4"). Note that folding the panels forward uses roughly 12 inches of bed length — worth knowing if you regularly haul to the bulkhead. Trucks with a RamBox or factory cargo rails may need a different part; tell us and we will confirm.

Installation

About an hour with hand tools. The rails clamp to the bed lip, the folded panel stack drops on and latches — no drilling, nothing permanent. Free professional install in Edmonton with purchase, same day if ordered by 4 PM.

Care & maintenance

Mild soap and water only; no solvents. UV protectant on the vinyl twice a year. Keep the hinges and rail channels clear of grit so the panels seat flat and water drains properly.

Will it fit my truck?
Every cover we list is model-specific — it is matched to your year, make, model and bed length, not trimmed to fit. Use the fitment finder above, or read your bed length off the tape and match it to the size shown. If you are unsure, call us with your VIN and we will confirm before you buy.

Can I install it myself?
Yes. These are no-drill, clamp-on covers and all hardware is included — most customers are done in under an hour with basic hand tools. If you would rather not, we install same day in Edmonton, free with purchase.

Will it leak?
A tonneau cover is water-resistant, not a sealed lid. The rails channel water off the sides and out the back, which keeps cargo dry in rain and snow. In a heavy wash or a deep puddle, expect a little spray at the tailgate seam — that is normal for every cover on the market, ours included.

How much bed do I lose when it is folded?
About a foot at the bulkhead. If you need the bed completely clear, the whole cover unclamps in a few minutes.

Can I drive with it folded?
Yes, folded and latched at the bulkhead is fine for local driving. We would not recommend highway speeds with the panels standing up.
