The Titan Hard Tri-Fold is the security upgrade. Rigid composite panels replace the vinyl, so the cover resists prying, carries snow load without bowing, and takes a knee or a bag of cement without complaint. Combined with a locked tailgate, the bed becomes genuine lockable storage rather than a covered space.

The three-panel design still folds forward in sections for partial or near-full bed access, and the hard shell sits flush and quiet — no drumming, no flapping, no seasonal re-tensioning. The panels shrug off hail and the sanded-gravel spray that comes with an Alberta winter.

Installation is still clamp-on with no drilling. Heavier than a soft cover, so we would rather put it on for you: free install at the Edmonton shop with purchase.

Sizing & fitment

Ordered by bed length — measure inside the bulkhead to the inside of the closed tailgate. Hard panels are less forgiving than vinyl about bed variations, so get the bed length exactly right; call us with your VIN if you are unsure. Trucks with a RamBox, CarbonPro bed or factory cargo rails may need a different part.

Installation

About an hour. Rails clamp to the bed lip, panels drop in and latch. The panel stack is heavy enough that a second pair of hands helps — free professional install at our Edmonton shop with purchase, same day if ordered by 4 PM.

Care & maintenance

Wash with automotive soap; the panels take normal car-wash treatment. Check the latch mechanisms and hinge seals each season and keep the drain channels clear. Do not use the cover as a work surface for cutting or welding.

Will it fit my truck?
Every cover we list is model-specific — it is matched to your year, make, model and bed length, not trimmed to fit. Use the fitment finder above, or read your bed length off the tape and match it to the size shown. If you are unsure, call us with your VIN and we will confirm before you buy.

Can I install it myself?
Yes. These are no-drill, clamp-on covers and all hardware is included — most customers are done in under an hour with basic hand tools. If you would rather not, we install same day in Edmonton, free with purchase.

Will it leak?
A tonneau cover is water-resistant, not a sealed lid. The rails channel water off the sides and out the back, which keeps cargo dry in rain and snow. In a heavy wash or a deep puddle, expect a little spray at the tailgate seam — that is normal for every cover on the market, ours included.

How much weight will it hold?
Enough to kneel on or set a load of groceries or tools on — it is walk-on rated. It is not a roof rack; do not stack heavy cargo or carry loads on top while driving.

Is it really lockable?
The cover latches down and cannot be lifted from outside while the tailgate is locked. Lock the tailgate and the bed is secure.
