These terms apply when you buy from stallionauto.com or from our counter at 2843 50 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta. By placing an order you accept them.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax unless stated. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is priced or listed wrongly, or sells out between your order and our picking it, we will contact you and either correct it with your agreement or refund you in full. We are not obliged to fulfil an order at an obviously incorrect price.
Fitment
We match parts to the vehicle details you give us. Those details need to be right. Our fitment guarantee covers a part we matched that does not fit; it does not cover a part matched against an incorrect vehicle description.
Installation
Where we install a part, we are responsible for the workmanship of that installation. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults on the vehicle, or for damage caused by a part supplied by you that was not suitable — though we will tell you before we start if we can see a problem.
Returns, shipping and warranty

Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, including their limitations. Photographs are illustrative. A tonneau cover is water-resistant, not waterproof; specifications can change without notice when a manufacturer updates a product.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Alberta's Fair Trading Act or other consumer-protection law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
