We ship anywhere in Canada and we hold the stock ourselves in Edmonton, so what you order is what leaves the building. The rules below were set by the owner and they do not change at checkout — no handling fee, no fuel surcharge, no surprise on the last screen.
Free shipping over $199
Orders over $199 before tax ship free anywhere in Canada. That includes oversize items — tonneau covers, side steps, the lot. We absorb the freight.
Under $199 you pay the actual carrier charge. We do not mark it up.
Northern territories
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut carry an $80 surcharge. We will never refuse the order.
How long it takes
- Edmonton — Same day if you order by 4 p.m.
- Rest of Alberta — 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada — 3–7 business days
- Yukon, NWT, Nunavut — 7–21 business days
Signature on delivery
Orders over $500 require a signature. If you would rather they did not, tell us in writing and we will waive it — but the risk passes to you at that point.
Local pickup
Free, always. Order online, choose pickup, and collect from 2843 50 Ave NW during opening hours. Order by 4 p.m. for same-day collection.
Damage in transit
It happens rarely. If it happens to you, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement free of charge and cover the shipping both ways.
Tracking your order
You get an email with a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves the building. If it is running late, phone (780) 518-1000 rather than waiting on the carrier — we can usually find out where it is faster than their website can.
What we do not charge for
There is no handling fee, no oversize fee, no fuel surcharge and no packaging fee. The number you see before you enter your card is the number that comes off it. If an order qualifies for free shipping, it ships free even when it is a set of electric side steps going on a freight truck.
