Hub Centric Rings — kill the vibration on aftermarket wheels

An aftermarket wheel is machined with a large centre bore so it fits many vehicles. That gap between the wheel and your hub is what causes the vibration people blame on balancing. A hub centric ring fills it exactly, so the wheel is centred by the hub instead of hanging on the studs.

Sold as sets of four in 73.1 mm and 106.1 mm outer diameters, stepping down to nearly every common hub bore. Included free with our wheel packages — and the reason our wheel installs do not come back.

Sizing & fitment

Two measurements: the wheel's centre bore (the outer diameter of the ring) and the vehicle's hub diameter (the inner). Both must be exact. If the customer does not know, we measure it — and our own alloy wheels are 73.1 mm or 106.1 mm bore, which is why we stock those two sizes.

Installation

The ring presses into the back of the wheel before it goes on the hub. Fitted free with any wheel install.

Questions we get asked

Do I really need them?
If you are running aftermarket wheels with a bore larger than your hub, yes. It is the most common cause of a vibration that survives rebalancing.

How do I know my sizes?
Bring the wheel in. We measure the wheel bore and the hub in a couple of minutes.
