Every brand we carry is warranted, and because we import them ourselves the claim comes back to us rather than to a distributor three provinces away. Bring it to the counter and we deal with it here.
Warranty runs from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects. Keep your receipt — or just tell us your order number, we can find it.
- Titan tonneau covers — 2 years

- Tires — all 13 lines — 60,000 km treadwear, or manufacturer defect

- Lug nuts, lug bolts and hub rings — No warranty
- Antennas — No warranty
Making a claim
Bring the part and your receipt to the counter, or email sales@stallionauto.com with photographs and your order number. We will tell you within two business days whether it is covered.
What warranty does not cover
Accident damage, misuse, fitting by someone who did not follow the instructions, and ordinary wear beyond the stated term. A tire worn out past 60,000 km has done its job.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects: a seal that fails, a motor that stops, a finish that lifts, a tire that wears out before its treadwear figure under normal use. If the part was made wrong or made badly, that is ours.
Warranty on our workmanship
Separate from the product warranty and it does not expire on a date. If we fitted it and the fitting is the problem — something loose, something misaligned, something rubbing — bring it back and we will put it right at no charge.
Proof of purchase
Your receipt or your order number is enough. If you bought online we can find the order from your phone number or email, so a lost receipt is not the end of a claim.
Parts sold without a warranty
Wheel covers, hubcaps, lug nuts, lug bolts, hub-centric rings and bullet antennas carry no manufacturer warranty. They are inexpensive dress-up parts and we would rather say so here than have you find out at the counter.
How long a claim takes
Because we import these brands ourselves, a claim on Titan, Sentinel, MightyMats or WARP is settled by us rather than referred to a distributor. Most are dealt with the day you bring the part in. Tire treadwear claims take longer because the tread has to be measured and the wear pattern read.
